Camp Hotbox @ Shambhala 2009!
Description:
We're heading out from Calgary, AB as a massive convoy and setting up a sick-ass camp at Shambhala 2009. The more people who set up with us, the better the community will be and the cheaper the festival will be for everyone.
We are currently looking for both drivers and passengers. Passengers will be expected to pay a proportional percentage of their vehicle's gas cost and drivers will be reimbursed directly.
If you have something that would aid the camp, talk about it on the wall!

It's seeming like we're planning to head out en masse Thursday at 8:00 a.m. Who's all driving? So far it seems it's Brad and myself. One or two extra vehicles would help matters quite a lot.
I'm thinking we should meet at the Gauntlet office at 7:30 a.m. Thursday? That way, people can leave stuff in the office overnight and just move it down to vehicles in the morning. It's also pretty centralized. Thoughts?

Only a week away! Can't wait. Get your camping list ready. Preparation is key. So is taking it easy and not being in a rush/anxious
